Tony brings more than 25 years of experience in the HCM technology space, building his career helping HR and Finance leaders adopt and scale the Dayforce platform to support their business objectives. He has guided organizations ranging from emerging companies to global enterprises, serving as both a trusted advisor and an executive sales leader driving platform adoption and long-term client success.
Tony’s experience spans the full Dayforce lifecycle, including platform evaluation, solution alignment, and services strategy. At NextDay, he focuses on helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence in their Dayforce investment and overall business strategy. He is known for his thoughtful leadership and practical approach, grounded in the belief that trust is earned through accountability and measurable results.
Jay is a seasoned leader in the HCM services and technology ecosystem, with more than 25 years of experience building and leading delivery organizations focused on the successful implementation and long-term operation of the Dayforce platform. He has held executive leadership roles overseeing Dayforce implementation, managed services, and optimization across mid-market and enterprise clients.
Jay's experience spans the full Dayforce lifecycle, from deployment through stabilization, optimization, and ongoing operational support. At NextDay, he is focused on building a delivery-centered firm dedicated exclusively to Dayforce execution excellence. He is known for his disciplined leadership style and commitment to accountability, with a belief that enduring partnerships are built through consistency, trust, and results.
Mike is a delivery leader in HCM and payroll technology with 16 years of experience, including more than 12 years dedicated specifically to the Dayforce platform. In addition to his time spent at Dayforce in both implementation and Managed Services, he previously led a Dayforce Services practice at a consulting firm, overseeing delivery and leading a team of senior consultants across complex client engagements.
His background includes Dayforce implementation leadership, post-go-live stabilization, and system optimization. At NextDay, Mike focuses on helping clients strengthen and evolve their Dayforce environments to support long-term success. He is recognized for his hands-on expertise and collaborative approach, with a commitment to delivering stability, confidence, and sustained performance.
